The Sunshine Coast Film Society presents an evening of movies after
dark, screened in the great outdoors. The program will feature episodes of The Beachcombers and NFB animated shorts, at Winegarden Park, in Gibsons.

This Sunday, Tour De Rock riders, Constables Amron Russell and Andy Rickaby will be stuck on the roof of the Wal-Mart, in Nanaimo, until they raise enough money to send 5 kids to
Camp Goodtimes. If they reach their goal they'll shave their heads a the Tour De Rock stop, in Nanaimo, on Sep.27th. All donations will help
get them down, and more importantly, benifit Pediatric Cancer Research.
