A contestant may only win once every month.

Open to residents of the Sunshine Coast unless otherwise announced.

The winner must pick-up their prize within 30 days of winning (unless otherwise instructed by 91.7 CKAY FM – hereinafter referred to as CKAY).

No purchase is necessary.

All prizes have no cash value and must be accepted as awarded with no substitution.

All material submitted becomes the sole property of CKAY and will not be returned.

You must be 19 to enter unless otherwise announced.

Minors are not eligible for cash prizes or prizes requiring age of majority to operate or consume.

If a contest is administered all or in part over the telephone, Internet or by fax, CKAY, its sponsors and affiliates are not responsible for any interruption in service, miscommunications, misdirected calls or transmissions or technical failure of any kind.

In the event of an "enter to win" contest CKAY is not responsible for illegible handwriting, lost or mutilated ballots and/or incomplete ballots.

CKAY, in their absolute discretion; reserves the right to make substitutions of equivalent kind or value in the event of the unavailability of any component of the prize for any reason whatsoever.

Entrants eligible to receive a prize will be required to sign a declaration confirming understanding and acceptance and compliance with the contest rules and acceptance of a prize and a release satisfactory to CKAY and participating sponsors before being declared a winner. All cash prizes will be awarded by cheque. The CKAY promotions department will contact all winners to notify them when cheques are available for pick up.

Employees of CKAY, their affiliates, subsidiaries, sponsors, advertisers, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. Decisions of the judges are final.

CKAY shall not be held accountable or responsible for misdirected phone calls, interruption in telephone service, busy signals and/or any other difficulty in contacting CKAY by means of the contest line. No use of multiple phone lines is allowed(i.e. a contestant may not use both a cell phone and home phone at the same time or a business phone system that would allow a contestant to be working multiple phone lines at one time).

CKAY shall not be held accountable or responsible for misdirected phone calls, interruption in telephone service, busy signals and/or any other difficulty in contacting a contestant by phone.

CKAY reserves the right to discontinue the contest or alter the contest rules at anytime.

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to hold CKAY, their affiliates, subsidiaries, sponsors, advertisers, advertising and promotion agencies their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of the prize. Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claiming to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the official rules and the decisions of the judges.

By entering, the winner agrees to the use of his/her name, address, voice and likeness in any advertising or promotion without compensation.
